Role Summary (Why This Role Exists)

The Product Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring customers successfully adopt and operationalize the Planally platform.

This role combines product expertise with customer engagement—guiding users through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing usage. You will act as a trusted advisor on how the platform can best support customer workflows, while also serving as the internal voice of the customer to continuously improve the product.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Work On)

Product Enablement & Customer Engagement

Act as the primary product point of contact for assigned customers, guiding them on how to effectively use Planally within their workflows
Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, workflow consultations, and business reviews

Implementation & Solutioning

Support end-to-end implementation including user setup, workflow configuration discussions, training, testing, and post-deployment follow-ups
Translate customer operational requirements into structured, scalable product configurations

Adoption & Product Utilization

Monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying opportunities to improve adoption, workflow effectiveness, and overall user experience
Provide hands-on support to address functional queries and troubleshoot product-related issues

Product Feedback & Continuous Improvement

Gather structured feedback, feature requests, and operational pain points from customers
Translate insights into actionable inputs for technical teams to enhance platform capabilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams to align on customer needs, delivery timelines, and ongoing enhancements
Support internal teams with product knowledge and customer insights

Content & Knowledge Development

Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and supporting documentation to improve product understanding and onboarding scalability

Market Awareness & Product Advocacy

Stay updated on workflow digitization trends, project management practices, and relevant technologies
Support product positioning efforts through case studies, product showcases, and customer engagement initiatives

Governance & Compliance

Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and information security standards

Key Requirements (What We Are Looking For)

Must-Haves (Required Qualifications)

2–5+ years of experience in Product Specialist, Customer Success, Implementation, or similar roles within a SaaS or technology environment
Strong ability to understand business workflows and translate them into product use cases
Experience conducting product demos, onboarding, or training sessions
Clear and structured communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

Good-to-Have (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience working with workflow, project management, or productivity platforms
Exposure to SaaS implementations or digital transformation initiatives
Familiarity with working cross-functionally with teams
Experience in creating product documentation or training materials

Success Metrics (What Success Looks Like)

Successful onboarding and implementation outcomes within agreed timelines
Customer adoption and effective utilization of core product features
Quality and impact of customer feedback contributed to product improvements
Reduction in user friction and support escalations
Contribution to product knowledge assets and training effectiveness

UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX designer that thinks like a user but designs like an artist. You will be the user’s advocate when designing tools to create something useful and at the same time beautiful. Do you like animation? We like short, handy animation effects that catch the user’s focus and at the same time does not interrupt the user’s experience.
It will be a bonus if you are able to convert your designs into code. At the moment, we are using Angular. Therefore, you will need to learn Angular somewhere in the near future, if you do not already have that skill set.

Role

• Deliver UX and UI requirements for projects and tasks including generating mockups and prototypes within the provided schedule
• Design the user journey, user interface with interactive elements, and other UX deliverables required to achieve project objectives
• Conduct usability tests and recommendations
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
• Design for web, email, mobile. design promotion and landing pages and ad-hoc design tasks
• Any ad hoc tasks given by the Management

Required Experience

• Knowledge of colour principals, design principals, multi-theming, front-end development technologies, component-based design, responsive web design
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools using Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD
• Position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. There is no option to work remotely.

we are using .NET Core & ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, Typescript, Angular, Power shell core, CSS 3

Your Responsibilities

Writing clean code, using OOP, DRY, SOLID, DI principles
Writing Unit Tests
Partake in Pull-Review code sessions to learn and discover innovative ways to write code and grow personally and as a team
To implement core services for the platform in .NET Core that runs in Docker containers and is compatible with cloud
To develop full-stack features from the DB up to the Frontend
To script infrastructure on Azure DevOps and the deploy pipelines
To challenge and optimize implementations together with the team
To ensure the platform remains scalable and the codebase is maintainable

What you need to know?

Strong knowledge of OOP and the Microsoft stack: C# 9, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework
Sound knowledge of SQL Server is a must
Good Knowledge of HTML5/CSS/Typescript/JS Framework like React/Angular 11/Vue is a must
An interest in learning new programming languages and platforms
Team ethics. You make change happen by working with & through others
Positive, customer-service oriented attitude, with analytical and problem-solving skills
Eager to learn and apply new technologies
Self-motivated, creative, able to take the initiative
